Jesse & Joy Richmond reviews
Disappointed
We were very disappointed after waiting 2 1/2 years for this show. Our first issue occurred when I pulled up the Ticketmaster app, and our tickets were not there. It stated that tickets were mailed to us, but unfortunately, the tickets never were mailed, and we never received them. We originally arrived at the show one hour prior to the show starting and didn't get our issue resolved until Joan Jett had played 3 songs. That's how long the line was for the ticket resolution with only one person working that area. As we tried approaching our seats, there was a huge confusion on the seat location. Our tickets were FLRA ROW 16 SEATS 23 AND 24. The usher strutted his shoulders and said sit anywhere, as the seats had no numbers. The lines to the restroom and drinks were ridiculous, and you would assume that there were floor seats they would accommodate people and have restrooms in the bottom. The music was louder than the singing, and you could not hear a word they were saying. The last issue was the actual concert itself. After 2 1/2 years, you would think they would be more prepared. Why did Jesse & Joy close the show, and not only that, why did Motley Crue sorry guys was not impressed. The main reason people purchased tickets to the show was for Motley Crue, and for what we heard of Joan Jett was good. Jesse & Joy played well, and Bret Michaels Poison did a great job.
